I stopped to listen to the waves at Leleiwi Beach Park and luckily, I had my trusty sketchbook with me so I drew some. The waves were crashing loudly and salt spray filled the air. The setting sun lit the mist in a way that made the distant trees seem farther away than they really were. It was a really relaxing time of day.
I saw this this morning and this drawing is going to make my day...simple, yet very beautiful and serene.
