"Daily drawings and paintings by Joan Yoshioka"
I've always loved botanical paintings. This was my first attempt at it several years ago. I don't think I have as much patience anymore. :) You will notice I didn't use acid free illustration board. Now I know.

Actually, the yellowing of the board makes it seem more vintage. I really like it, actually!
Joan, You do lovely work! I admire anyone who can do flowers so well. Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm not sure how you found it, but I'm glad you did. I will be back to visit you again.
Thanks Tracy, Kathleen and Joan (a great name, btw)!
Tracy - I'm always glad when you visit. Means a lot.
Kathleen - Yes, the yellowing does offer a vintage look, doesn't it? Hmmm, it looks okay now that you've said that. :)
Hi Joan - I found you via another blog. Of course, that name intrigued me ... and I'm so glad I found you too. I'll be back as well.
